HOW WE WORK
A transparent, step-by-step process built on trust and efficiency. We handle every detail so you can focus on your business.
Seven clear steps from your first inquiry to final delivery
Reach out via our contact form, WhatsApp, or email. Our trade team responds within 24 hours to understand your requirements — product type, volume, destination, and timeline.
We prepare a detailed commercial offer with competitive pricing, Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR), packaging options, and estimated delivery schedule tailored to your needs.
Once terms are agreed, we formalize the trade contract. We support Letters of Credit (L/C), Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), and escrow arrangements for your security.
We source from our vetted network of farmers, cooperatives, and mining operations across Nigeria. Every shipment undergoes rigorous quality inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek.
We prepare all required export documents — Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificates, SGS inspection reports, Bill of Lading, and customs declarations.
Your cargo is professionally packed, containerized, and shipped from Nigeria’s major ports. We coordinate with trusted freight partners and provide real-time tracking updates.
We confirm delivery at your destination port and remain available for any post-shipment support. Our goal is a long-term partnership, not just a single transaction.
