Grade 1 fermented and sun-dried cocoa beans for chocolate manufacturing, confectionery, and cocoa butter production. Rich flavor profile.

Nigeria is the world's fourth-largest cocoa producer, and our beans come from the rich, volcanic soils of the southwestern cocoa belt. We source properly fermented and dried cocoa beans with excellent flavor profiles suitable for premium chocolate manufacturing.
Our cocoa beans undergo a 5-7 day fermentation process to develop complex flavor compounds, followed by careful sun-drying to 7-8% moisture. We offer both Grade 1 and Grade 2 beans, with Grade 1 having a minimum 100 beans per 100g count and slaty beans below 3%.
Certified quality parameters verified by independent laboratories.

Common questions about cocoa beans sourcing and export.
We primarily export Grade 1 Nigerian cocoa, meeting the following: ≤3% slaty beans, ≤3% mouldy beans, 100 beans/100g average count, and 7-8% moisture.
We work with trained fermentation cooperatives using standardized 5-7 day box fermentation. Cut test results (minimum 75% fully fermented beans) accompany each lot.
We can supply certified cocoa upon request with minimum 3-month lead time. Our partner farms participate in various sustainability certification programs.
Our cocoa beans have a fat (cocoa butter) content of 52-56%, which is excellent for chocolate manufacturing and butter extraction.
