We supply white and purple garlic varieties. White garlic offers a milder flavor ideal for processing, while purple garlic has a stronger flavor preferred in fresh markets.
Garlic is shipped in ventilated mesh bags within refrigerated containers at 0-2°C. Proper curing before shipment ensures a shelf life of 3-6 months.
We grade by bulb diameter: Large (55mm+), Medium (45-55mm), and Standard (35-45mm). Clove count per bulb is also standardized.
Our primary export is whole bulb garlic. Peeled cloves can be arranged for orders above 20 MT with proper cold chain logistics.
